Welcome to Econara. These Terms of Service are effective as of 2026 and govern your access to and use of services offered by Econara (econaro.pro). Our programs focus on an integrated approach to economic education emphasizing personal and spiritual growth for directors and business owners.

1. Services

Econara offers live workshops, consultations, and structured programs designed to foster strategic leadership skills aligned with inner values.

• Enrollment: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
• Schedule: Session dates and times will be communicated via email.
• Attendance: Participants are expected to attend sessions punctually.
• Cancellation and Transfer: You may request a transfer to another session at least 7 days prior to the start date.

2. Information Products

E-books, guides, and digital toolkits are available for download after payment.

• Access: Purchased items can be accessed through your account dashboard.
• Usage: Materials are licensed for personal use and may not be shared.
• Cancellation: Digital products may be canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided no download has occurred.

3. Goods

Physical items such as branded journals, workbooks, and supporting materials are offered through our online shop.

• Shipping: Orders are processed within 5 business days.
• Delivery: You will receive tracking details once shipped.
• Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase before shipment.

4. Extended Refund Policy

Econara is committed to ensuring satisfaction with our offerings. The following guidelines apply:

4.1 Services

Requests for a refund of service fees must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start. Approved requests will be refunded to the original payment source within 14 days. Transfers to a future session are possible if arranged within the same timeframe. No refunds are available for private retreats or closed-group intensives once materials have been provided, due to limited capacity and preparation costs.

4.2 Information Products

If no download has occurred, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved requests will be processed within 10 business days.

4.3 Goods

To request a refund, ship the item back in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for sending the item back are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 14 days.

5. Service Transfer

You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant at least 7 days before the service date. A nominal administrative adjustment may apply. Contact us for details.
